Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project Management

- Manage software certification projects from initiation to completion - Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of certification milestones - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, regulatory, and external certification bodies - Monitor project progress; report on status, risks, and issues to the head of the department - Ensure final reports include the relevant scope of certification, company name, and regulatory details

• Certification and Compliance

- Understand and interpret relevant certification standards and regulations - Support the development and documentation of certification requirements - Prepare and submit certification documentation to certification bodies - Liaise with certification laboratories and resolve related queries or issues

• Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and certification records - Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders - Ensure all project and certification documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date

• General Responsibilities

- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software project management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Experience with quality assurance practices and tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
