About this role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in payment solutions and iGaming to drive merchant acquisition and optimize sales processes.
Description
An international payment gateway with its own in-house solution in the iGaming sector. We elevate P2P and alternative payment methods in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets where traditional banking rails often fail.
Responsibilities
- Cold and warm merchant acquisition: activate your base and find new ones
- Guide clients from first contact to launch
- Build and optimize processes in the sales department
- Mentor lead generators
- Connect technical teams and clients, ensuring integration leads to a working flow
Requirements
- Experience in payment systems, aggregators, or processing with live contacts from there
- Understanding of Tier-2 and Tier-3 market specifics: local payment methods, non-standard payment schemes, alternative infrastructure
- Understanding of online payments: acquiring, payouts, alternative methods
- Warm base of merchants and partners that can be activated immediately
- English B2+, Russian
- A plus: experience in India, Africa, Tier-3, high-risk segment
