- Design annual activation plan with the Country Manager, contributing creative and innovative ideas to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote experiences.
- Act as main point of contact with external stakeholders of the sponsorships portfolio.
- Manage the delivery of contractual rights, including contract oversight and activation execution, to maximize the value of current partnerships.
- Lead the hospitality program in close cooperation with the KAM-team.
- Gather and analyse data to regularly update sponsorships’ KPIs and assess the return on objectives (ROO).
- Create report presentations for internal weekly updates.
- Control the sponsorship activation budget.
- Assess sponsorship proposals to identify further opportunities for the brand.
- Liaise with rights holders to guarantee the right execution of the annual activation plan.
- Assist in various marketing related activities delegated by the Country Manager or Marketing Manager.
Requirements
Requirements
- Relevant education, for example in marketing or event management.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience with activation, events and/or networking.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen, analytical and innovative skills, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a proven ability to work well within a team.
- Professional appearance, and a willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours when needed.
