About this role
Join escape.mate as an SMM Manager to develop and implement SMM strategies, engage audiences, and build a strong community around travel experiences.
Description
escape.mate is a project about travel, new experiences, and people who love to explore the world. We create a space for communication, inspiration, and sharing experiences, helping participants find interesting routes, like-minded individuals, and ideas for future trips.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SMM strategy.
- Work with Instagram, Telegram, and Threads.
- Attract and retain target audience through organic and paid promotion.
- Analyze content, audience, results, and competitors.
- Create content plan and write texts.
- Interact with designer and editor: set tasks, control deadlines and quality.
- Create simple visuals if necessary.
- Work with bloggers.
- Manage community: comments, messages, and communication with the audience.
- Launch and analyze targeted advertising.
- Collaborate with the founder, assistant, sales department, and team leads.
- Analyze results and prepare reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMM.
- Experience in the travel sector is a significant advantage.
- Measurable results in growing Instagram accounts.
- Ability to work strategically with social networks.
- Ability to work with analytics and adjust strategy based on it.
