Looking for a strong SMM Team Lead/Senior SMM for a betting project. The role suits both experienced team leads and senior specialists ready to manage the direction and influence brand development.
Responsibilities
- Manage SMM direction in B2C and B2B;
- Create content plan, Tone of Voice, and visual style of the brand;
- Set tasks for the team: content, design, contractors;
- Launch promo campaigns, contests, tournaments, and special projects;
- Analyze content effectiveness and test new hypotheses;
- Collaborate with marketing, product, PR, and design;
- Develop brand social media and enhance audience engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in SMM/PR in iGaming or betting for at least 2 years;
- Experience in team or contractor management;
- Understanding of B2C and B2B communications;
- Confident use of Meta Ads/Ads Manager;
- Skills in analytics, reporting, and content planning;
- Understanding the impact of SMM on GGR, deposits, and registrations;
- Experience with different GEOs and understanding audience specifics;
- Strong copywriting, visual awareness, and analytical approach.
