Description
Kraken is a mission-focused company rooted in crypto values, aiming to accelerate the global adoption of crypto for financial freedom and inclusion. As a fully remote company, Krakenites develop premium crypto products for traders, institutions, and newcomers.
Responsibilities
- Run technical discovery with prospective customers.
- Design tailored solutions and win the technical sale.
- Own the implementation relationship from kick-off through go-live.
- Build the Solutions Engineering playbook from scratch.
- Identify product gaps and spot expansion opportunities post-launch.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role at a B2B API or infrastructure company.
- Track record of owning both pre-sales and post-sales.
- Fluency with REST/WebSocket APIs, auth patterns, and integration debugging.
- Experience selling and delivering complex integrations to fintechs, banks, or neobanks.
- Background building process from scratch.
- Clear, structured communicator.
