System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Configure equipment and manage access (LDAP)
• Administer Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
• Monitor office equipment functionality (racks, PCs)
• Maintain Linux server infrastructure
• Support and configure company information systems: GitLab, ISPmanager, CRM Bitrix, NGINX Proxy Manager, Zabbix
• Ensure network security and inter-network interaction security
• Participate in writing technical documentation
• Conduct technical work related to system administration
• Configure OS and software on servers
• Ensure stable operation of the company's infrastructure, particularly the office.

Requirements

• Conscious and regular use of AI in daily work: ability to manage context, formulate tasks for stable results, and apply AI for routine tasks
• Experience with LDAP and/or AD directory services
• Experience with NLAMP stack
• Knowledge of Linux OS at the administrator level (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS)
• Understanding of database principles (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Git, GitLab
• Plus:

- Knowledge of DNS (how it works, root servers, registrars, delegation, zones, Relay, TTL) - Understanding of email protocols (DKIM/SPF/PTR/DMARC/MX records, etc.) - Scripting experience in Bash - Administration of file systems: LVM, RAID - Experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Yeastar equipment - Desire to develop in system administration, DevOps - Willingness to optimize routine processes through automation - Troubleshooting skills, including using GPT - Readiness to learn new and unfamiliar equipment and technologies.
