CoinsPaid Solutions is an international fintech company developing blockchain infrastructure for payment solutions and digital asset operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global hiring markets and prepare research reports
- Gather hiring needs from managers and develop candidate sourcing strategies
- Manage the full cycle of technical recruitment and interact with hiring managers
- Source candidates through professional networks, job platforms, communities, referrals, and direct search
- Conduct screenings and interviews, assess competencies, and organize selection stages
- Maintain ATS Lever, track recruitment metrics and OKRs, prepare reports and improve processes
- Train interviewers, develop employer branding, conduct reference checks, and coordinate onboarding
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies, full-cycle hiring, and scaling recruitment processes
- Understanding of the IT sector, business models, technical roles, programming languages, and software development lifecycle
- Skills in structured and competency-based interviewing, knowledge of recruitment metrics
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and results orientation
- Ability to prioritize, work with feedback, and communicate with various stakeholders
- Fluent in Russian and English at B2+ level; knowledge of the crypto market and international onboarding rules is a plus
