- Search and attract new partners (webmasters, arbitration teams, publishers)
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners and agencies
- Conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation terms
- Find and connect new offers and advertisers for the affiliate network
- Support partners at all stages of work and assist in traffic launch
- Analyze the effectiveness of partner campaigns and seek growth opportunities

- Experience in attracting new clients (Business Development)
- Result-oriented with experience in achieving KPIs
