About this role
We are looking for an English Teacher for an international IT company in Cyprus to teach adults, including executives and top managers.
Description
hirix is a recruitment partner in search of IT talents. We are looking for an English Teacher for our client — an international IT company with a team in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and corporate classes A1–C2;
- Develop training programs tailored to the goals and professional tasks of employees;
- Teach Business English, Executive English, Negotiation English, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills;
- Work with employees at different levels, including executives and business owners;
- Adapt materials to real work situations;
- Track progress and provide regular feedback;
- Use modern methodologies, digital platforms, and AI tools.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in teaching English;
- Experience in corporate training for adults;
- Experience working with top managers and business owners;
- Experience with international companies;
- English proficiency C1–C2;
- Ability to independently structure training according to specific business tasks.
Will be a plus: international negotiations, Business/Executive English, Public Speaking, experience in IT / FinTech / Tech.
