Join GRI as a Team Lead in Ecom, managing and developing a diverse team while providing technical leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile (iOS/Android), QA):
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, provide honest feedback, and create development plans - Set team and individual goals (OKR) and monitor their achievement - Create a healthy atmosphere, manage engagement, and resolve conflicts
  • Technical leadership:
- Participate in architecture design and make key technical decisions - Justify and defend architectural approaches to the team and stakeholders - Work on system performance: identify and eliminate bottlenecks - Manage technical debt and development quality
Requirements

Requirements

  • People management: at least 2 years of managing and developing a development team (mandatory)
  • Established processes within the team: 1:1, performance review, employee development. Ability to motivate and retain engineers
  • Experience in architecture design and requirements acceptance
  • Experience with high-load and fault-tolerant systems
  • Will be a plus:
- Golang, Python, FastAPI - Development of REST APIs - Building microservice architecture - Optimization of high-load projects
