About this role
Join SberHealth as a Full Stack Team Lead to lead a cross-functional product team in developing AI-driven digital health solutions. Remote work across Russia.
Description
SberHealth is an accredited IT company and the largest Digital Health platform in Russia. The team is developing a new mobile application, a next-generation AI assistant, and a personalized risk profile platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product development team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, analytics)
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to oversee the full product lifecycle from idea to production
- Design architecture for modern AI Native products and make key technical decisions
- Organize the development process using modern engineering practices, including AI PDLC
- Implement AI Coding and modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
- Organize rapid research (R&D), prototyping, and validation of product hypotheses
- Ensure quality of engineering solutions, manage technical debt, and develop product architecture
- Foster the engineering culture of the team, participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Team/Tech Lead
- Experience managing a cross-functional product development team
- 2+ years of experience in Python development
- Practical experience in building agent-based solutions on LLM
- Experience in Full-Stack development of modern digital products
- Strong knowledge of backend development, API design, and modern frontend development
- Experience designing microservices architecture and high-load distributed systems
- Understanding of modern practices in Observability, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps
- Experience with modern LLM and AI APIs
- Understanding of Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Tool Calling, MCP, RAG
