ETNA is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide B2B support, manage requests via Zendesk, and monitor cloud services. Remote position with a salary range of $1000 to $1500.

- Provide technical support to corporate clients (B2B) at level 2.
- Work with requests through Zendesk and maintain written correspondence in English.
- Work according to documentation, escalate undocumented cases to level 3.
- Monitor the operation of cloud services in test and production environments.

- Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms.
- Knowledge of Windows at a confident user level.
- Ability to quickly understand new tasks and work effectively under pressure in a multitasking environment.
