About this role
Join an international fintech/payments startup as a Treasury Specialist. Manage liquidity, settlements, and cash flow in a crypto-friendly environment.
Description
An international fintech/payments startup operating in high-risk and crypto-friendly verticals is expanding its team and looking for a Treasury Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Control balances on providers, PSPs, and merchants
- Initiate settlements, top-ups, and internal transfers
- Daily liquidity monitoring and cash gap prevention
- Control currency balances and monitor exchange rates
- Prepare daily Cash Flow reports
- Communicate with merchants, payment providers, and internal teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury / Finance / Payment Operations
- Understanding of payment infrastructure, PSPs, and cash flows
- Skills in Cash Flow and financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and numbers
- Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, crypto, or high-risk is a plus
