What You Will Own:
- Personal relationships with VIP players, built for the long run
- Retention, reactivation and lifetime value across your portfolio
- Proactive outreach: you spot the moment to reach out, you do not wait for a request
- Personalised offers and rewards inside your area of ownership
- Analysis of player activity and behaviour
- Close work with Support and Product teams
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years managing your own portfolio of VIP players
- 1+ year with a high-value segment
- Hands-on experience with retention, reactivation and LTV
- Confident with CRM, engagement and support tools
- Advanced or fluent English
- Independent decision making and a strong customer-first approach
- Gaming experience is a big plus. If you are into CS2, definitely a match 🎮
Schedule:
