Swapster is a fast-growing fintech startup that combines traditional banking, cryptocurrency, and investment tools.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Build B2B pipeline independently
- Identify target accounts and reach decision makers
- Work through cold outreach, LinkedIn, Telegram, email, conferences, intros, and your own network
- Conduct discovery and tailor solutions to client needs
- Sell complex fintech products involving product, tech, compliance, and legal
- Guide partners from initial contact to contract and integration
- Develop existing partnerships and seek upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Represent the company at fintech/payments/crypto conferences
- Bring market intelligence to the team: identify market needs, competitor movements, and new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in B2B Sales / BizDev / Partnerships in fintech/payments/crypto/cards
- Experience in independent outbound and cold sales
- Preferably a personal network in the industry
- Experience negotiating with founders/C-level/Heads of Product/Payments/Partnerships
- Ability to sell complex integration solutions, not just 'box SaaS'
- English from B2
- High level of independence and initiative.
