Business Development Manager — Institutional Crypto / OTC (Payments & Crypto Solutions)
We are a crypto-OTC liquidity provider, financial intermediary, and algorithmic trading firm. As a regulated VASP we operate across multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland.
We're looking for a senior BD to open new institutional verticals beyond payments — the audience that trades more than stablecoins and carries higher margin. This is a "new markets" hire: we want access to client networks we don't have yet, not incremental sales in an already-covered segment.
What you'll do
- Open new institutional segments: OTC brokers, crypto funds, market makers, institutional traders, family offices, and large corporates
- Deliver warm introductions into previously uncovered categories
- Land first clients in new verticals and reduce dependence on payment-services revenue
- Raise average margin by reaching higher-value client networks
What you bring
- Senior BD experience in institutional crypto — OTC desks, prime brokers, or infrastructure serving institutional crypto
- A proven track record of opening new segments from scratch, with personal relationships inside them
- A wide institutional network: funds, market makers, brokers, family offices, corporates
- Technical seller who understands the product deeply — markups, structuring, the details — not a generalist
- Strong LinkedIn presence and network
- Motivated by performance and upside, not just a large fixed salary
- Fluent English (the only working language required)
