About this role
We are an iGaming company with our own online casino looking for a Casino Operations Manager who understands casino product mechanics and can manage its operational aspects independently.
Description
We are a product iGaming company with our own online casino.
Responsibilities
- Create and configure Free Spins, Cashback, Deposit / No Deposit Bonus and other bonus mechanics;
- Configure wagering, min deposit, bonus %, max win, validity periods and restrictions;
- Launch tournaments and promotional activities;
- Manage banners, promotions and other platform content;
- Add new games and ensure their correct launch;
- Manage the catalog: providers, categories, genres, order and display of games;
- Configure content for different GEOs, currencies, and languages;
- Interact with game providers and participate in the launch of new providers;
- Check changes before and after going to Production;
- Manage the display of payment methods within the platform;
- Identify issues in Back Office/product and communicate them to the development team.
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming / Online Casino;
- Experience with Casino Back Office / Admin Panel;
- Understanding of wagering, Free Spins, cashback, RTP, tournaments, limits, game providers;
- Understanding of the full cycle of working with gaming content: from addition to launch;
- Attention to detail and ability to independently verify the results of one's work;
- Experience interacting with Product, Development, QA.
