About this role
An iGaming company is looking for a Casino Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of their online casino product.
Description
An iGaming product company with its own online casino is seeking a Casino Operations Manager who understands the mechanics of casino products and manages its operational part.
Responsibilities
- Create and configure Free Spins, Cashback, Deposit / No Deposit Bonus, and other bonus mechanics
- Configure wagering, min deposit, bonus %, max win, expiration dates, and restrictions
- Launch tournaments and promotional activities
- Manage banners, promotions, and other platform content
- Add new games and ensure their correct launch
- Manage the catalog: providers, categories, genres, order, and display of games
- Configure content for different GEOs, currencies, and languages
- Interact with game providers and participate in launching new providers
- Check changes before and after going to Production
- Manage the display of payment methods within the platform
- Identify issues in the Back Office and product and relay them to development.
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming / online casino
- Experience working with Casino Back Office / Admin Panel
- Understanding of wagering, Free Spins, cashback, RTP, tournaments, limits, and game providers
- Knowledge of the full cycle of working with gaming content: from addition to launch
- Ability to independently verify the results of their work
- Experience interacting with Product, Development, and QA.
