About this role
We are looking for a strong CEO / Country CEO to develop our iGaming business in the MENA region. The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to build and scale operations.
Description
We are an international iGaming company successfully operating in the market for over 3 years. We are currently expanding our presence in the MENA countries.
Responsibilities
- Launch and develop the iGaming business in the selected MENA country.
- Build and manage a team from scratch.
- Develop a partner network and attract key contacts.
- Work with traffic and sources for player acquisition.
- Develop the local market and achieve financial targets.
- Make independent decisions and take responsibility for results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in MENA.
- Deep understanding of the local iGaming market.
- Own team or strong professional contacts.
- Partner and affiliate base.
- Active traffic sources.
- Experience launching new geos from scratch.
Conditions & Benefits
- Starting fixed income up to $5,000, with the main opportunity being up to 10% equity in the business of the specific country that the CEO will develop.
- We are willing to share part of the existing business with someone who can truly create and scale the direction, rather than just manage an already established system.
