Garna is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to represent the company at European conferences, develop partnerships, and drive business growth. The role is fully remote and requires travel across Europe.
Garna is a product company offering an international fintech solution that simplifies global team operations. We create a unified platform for international payments, Employer of Record, Contractor of Record, and payroll automation, helping businesses work with employees and contractors in over 150 countries.
- Represent Garna at European conferences, exhibitions, and industry events, finding potential partners and clients.
- Build a stable lead flow through cold outbound between business trips.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and client handover.
- Develop long-term partnerships and seek new business growth opportunities.
- Gather market feedback to help the product team improve Garna.
- European citizenship/residence permit and readiness for regular business trips to international conferences.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales in digital, fintech, SaaS, or creator economy.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
- Proven success in closing deals through cold sales and managing CRM effectively.
- Strong networking skills and confidence at conferences and networking events.
- Ability to self-organize work, take ownership of results, and work effectively without micromanagement.
- Resilience to rejection and viewing it as part of the sales process.
