Join Правое полушарие Интроверта as a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring high availability and stability of services.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the Kubernetes cluster ensuring high availability, stability, and scalability of services
- Administer infrastructure services and development tools, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the environment
- Design, deploy, and support infrastructure components and distributed services
- Optimize development, delivery, and operation processes of applications
- Configure and support queue systems and data stream processing: Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS
- Administer and optimize databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Elasticsearch
- Automate routine processes, implement CI/CD approaches and IaC practices
- Monitor, log, and ensure infrastructure resilience
- Interact with external DevOps contractors (Flant) regarding the operation and development of Kubernetes infrastructure
- Consult the team on infrastructure issues, develop engineering practices and professional competencies of colleagues
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, Redis, NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, Linux, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and infrastructure resilience
- Ability to become the main in-house DevOps engineer and gradually take over the infrastructure
- Ability to listen to development teams and help them meet infrastructure needs
- Not just maintain the current state, but improve processes, reliability, and ease of work for the team
- Important to have a good engineering vibe: independence, ownership, willingness to share knowledge and develop the team around you
- Value people who care about the quality of infrastructure and engineering culture in general
