Lattice is seeking an Engineering Manager for their AI team to lead the development of their AI Platform, ensuring quality and continuous improvement in AI experiences.

- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers.
- Own the execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap.
- Partner closely with Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and engineering leaders.
- Lead the development of AI evaluation infrastructure and quality metrics.
- Drive technical and organizational decisions that improve the AI Platform.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence engineering strategy.
- Experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in AI infrastructure and AI-powered products.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS AI products.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong product and platform mindset.
- Estimated annual cash salary: CAD $146,250 - CAD $195,000.
