Databricks is seeking a Global Senior Workplace Manager for Food and Beverage to develop and execute strategies for food services across their global portfolio, ensuring high-quality experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Define the strategy for all food and beverage touchpoints, including full-service cafes, micro-kitchens, barista/boba bars, event catering, pop-up vendors, and executive dining across all regions.
- Lead the selection, contract negotiations, and performance management of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partners and premier corporate dining vendors.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Oversee the global F&B budget, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Enforce global food safety compliance and drive corporate sustainability goals.
- Monitor office utilization trends to align meal production with actual office attendance.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate & Design/Build teams on kitchen layouts during new office build-outs.
- Provide exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic capabilities to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Develop standardized global playbooks and operational guidelines for local workplace teams.
- Approach process and procedure with technical competency utilizing food and beverage management platforms.
- Mentor and coach workplace specialists and outsourced team members.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of senior hospitality management experience leading large-scale corporate dining programs.
- Expertise in managing large P&Ls and complex vendor contracts.
- Strong background in planning commercial food and beverage environments.
- Deep knowledge of food safety, culinary trends, dietary diversity, and corporate sustainability practices.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage complex logistical operations.
- Experience managing high-volume food service operations with daily executive visibility.
- Great communication skills and the ability to draft robust communications plans.
- Proven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams and projects.
- Customer-focused attitude ensuring consistently high-quality resolutions.
- Experience with procurement, contract management, and vendor management.
- Experience with Google Suite; experience with Fresh Service and Asana preferred.

- Competitive salary range of $205,800 — $282,900 USD.
