We are a multi-vertical media buying agency seeking a Group Head of Pharma to connect buying and pharma teams, ensuring efficient communication and resource management.

We are a multi-vertical media buying agency with a sustainable infrastructure, unlimited investments, practical expertise, and traffic volumes from various sources, consistently in the market for 8 years.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Be the link between buying and pharma: gather buyer pain points and drive them to solutions
- Negotiate with agencies: prices, volumes, conditions, onboarding new agents
- Ensure no request is lost: everyone has a status and owner
- Prepare and transfer resources: BM, pixels, catalogs, accesses
- Maintain an up-to-date picture of available resources
- Close urgent pharma tasks personally without passing them down the chain
- Eventually build and lead your own pharma team.
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong experience in pharma or support of an arbitration team
- Deep understanding of Facebook: BM, profiles, pixels, catalogs, accesses, appeals, verifications, warm-ups
- Experience in crisis management: restrictions, traffic drops, supplier delays
- Ability to negotiate with agents and defend your position
- Speak the same language as buyers and not afraid to raise uncomfortable questions
- Willingness to undergo a test: a case with a problem in Facebook
- Experience in buying after pharma and English for negotiations is a plus.

- Work format: remote possible, but office in the center of St. Petersburg is preferred, workspace next to the media buying team. If you live in another city, we will prepare a relocation package!
