About this role

Lead the Payments function with full decision-making freedom, shaping strategy and growing the team in a B2C subscription product environment.

Description

An international product IT company develops B2C web/mobile subscription products in Health & Fitness, Mental Health, Self-Learning, and AI.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with founders and C-level executives with high autonomy
  • Scale the existing multi-PSP infrastructure in Tier 1–2 markets
  • Directly influence revenue and retention through approval rate, renewals, and payment recovery
  • Develop Payments into a standalone function with the prospect of Billing-as-a-Service
Requirements
  • Experience managing Payments/Billing in a B2C subscription product on the merchant side with measurable results
  • 5+ years in Payments / Billing / Acquiring
  • Experience with renewals, retries, dunning, and failed payment recovery
  • Worked with multi-PSP / multi-acquirer, routing, orchestration, and MID management
  • Negotiated with PSP / acquirers and understand fraud / chargebacks
  • Fluent in Russian and Upper-Intermediate in English
