Join ANCOR as a Group Leader DBA PostgreSQL, leading a team to ensure high performance and reliability of databases, while mentoring and developing team members.

- Lead the DBA team: organize work, develop, and mentor the team
- Ensure uninterrupted operation and high performance of PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Redis, and ElasticSearch clusters
- Develop and improve backup, monitoring, and automation systems (including using Ansible)
- Conduct architectural reviews of database migrations, consult and support developers, optimize SQL queries
- Implement best practices for database security, fault tolerance, and scalability
- Collaborate with other technical and business teams to achieve common goals
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch) for at least 3 years
- Practical experience in administering high-load systems and building fault-tolerant clusters
- Skills in automating tasks using Ansible or similar tools
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring is a big plus
- Deep understanding of backup, monitoring, and data security principles
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex SQL queries
- Willingness for continuous development and implementation of new technologies
