We are a bold and innovative iGaming company working with crypto technologies and creating a unified entertainment ecosystem.
Responsibilities

- Lead a team of affiliate managers.
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining partners.
- Maintain relationships with current partners and actively seek new ones.
- Analyze and optimize partner performance metrics (ROI, LTV, RR, etc.).
- Participate in strategic planning and development of the company's affiliate direction.
Requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with at least 2 years in a Head of Affiliates / Deputy Head of Affiliates position.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented.
- Understanding of the iGaming market and partner motivations.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
