- Proven Background: Presence of current successful cases, confirmed results, and established workflows within the team.
- Deep Expertise: High level of analytics: ability to work with trackers, optimize campaigns for key KPIs, and think strategically.
- Who We Are NOT Looking For: Uninitiated people who are used to going with the flow and waiting for instructions from above.
- Main Goal: We are looking for leaders focused on market dominance and maximum earnings.
