Seeking a Head of Sales to build and manage a remote sales team for top brokers in the FinTech sector.
Description
We are looking for specialists to work with top brokers. The role offers remote work, quick decision-making, and no micromanagement.
Responsibilities
- Build a sales department from scratch.
- Manage a remote team of 5+ people.
- Develop sales funnels leading to FTD.
- Set and track KPIs, create scripts, and analyze metrics (CR / LTV / ROMI).
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience in finance.
- Proficiency in CRM (chatterfy.ai).
- Understanding of FTD / LTV / ROMI.
