Responsibilities
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the sales team
- Achieving and exceeding department revenue plans
- Optimizing the sales funnel, working with conversion and scripts
- Developing sales strategies and quality control
Requirements
- Successful experience managing a sales department in fintech/Forex/binary
- Experience working with Latin America. Understanding of the specifics and language
- Proven cases of scaling departments (revenue growth, conversion, ticket size)
- Understanding of metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI) and systematic thinking
- Experience managing a remote team (coaching and leadership, not micromanagement)
