Are you a people-oriented, organised, and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in both HR and office operations? The Wow As our HR & Office Intern, you will play an important role in creating an excellent employee and visitor experience in our Budapest office.
Responsibilities

- Supporting the HR team with the administration of employee benefits and perks, including health insurance, team-building activities, and fire and safety-related matters
- Contributing to a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding
- Assisting the Recruitment team with employer branding activities and events
- Managing the reception area and welcoming employees, candidates, visitors, and suppliers
- Helping to maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised office environment
- Coordinating office-related suppliers, orders, and deliveries
- Supporting the planning and delivery of Budapest office events
- Collaborating with the Global HR team on local employee experience initiatives
- Supporting the Budapest BEE Forum and other Betsson Employee Experience activities
- Assisting your manager and the wider HR team with additional HR and office-related tasks when required
Requirements
Requirements
- Ongoing higher education or finished secondary education
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly, helpful, and service-minded approach
- Confidence communicating with different colleagues, visitors, and external partners
- Proactivity and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- The ability to manage several priorities in a structured way
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, event support, or HR is an advantage, but not essential
