Join ZEN.COM as an HR Business Partner to support team leaders in Technology, Product, and Growth, managing the full employee lifecycle and enhancing corporate culture.
Description
ZEN.COM is an international fintech application for payments, online shopping, and personal finance management.
Responsibilities
- Act as an HR partner for team leaders in Technology, Product, and Growth
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and development to organizational changes and terminations
- Advise managers on team structure, workforce planning, organizational changes, and resource allocation
- Support performance management, talent management, succession planning, and retention
- Work with employee relations, conflicts, and complex situations
- Support organizational changes and develop corporate culture
- Analyze HR data and people metrics and translate them into practical recommendations
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience working with managers and senior leadership
- Knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and employee lifecycle
- Experience in a dynamic international organization; experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
- Ability to work with HR data and people metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactivity, independence, and readiness to take responsibility
- Fluent in English
- Preferably provide results of Gallup test or similar assessment
