Confluence is an international performance marketing agency in the iGaming, Crypto, and FinTech verticals. We are actively expanding and looking for an experienced Influence Manager to help scale and develop our agency's products worldwide.
Responsibilities

- Search for and attract new influencers;
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key influencers;
- Manage the influencer database: segmentation, ranking, collaboration history;
- Monitor the market and competitors - track trends.
Requirements
Requirements
- Relevant experience as an Influence Manager in iGaming/Crypto/FinTech for at least 2 years;
- Availability of an influencer database;
- Knowledge of platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Telegram, etc.), understanding of content formats and types;
- Ability to find and verify relevant influencers, work with analytics services;
- Experience in launching viral integrations is a plus;
- English language at B2 level;
- Strong communication skills, independence, and proactivity.
