Ardor Media has been creating advertising creatives for major publishers and mobile game and app developers for over six years.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Control the quality of AI generations and finished videos;
- Provide feedback to AI artists;
- Analyze briefs and plan necessary shots;
- Maintain consistency of characters, environments, and style;
- Initially create full-cycle videos independently;
- Develop and implement production pipelines;
- Train the team;
- Reduce iterations and production time.
Requirements
Requirements
- Deep practical experience in AI-video production;
- Familiarity with Kling, Seedance, Veo or similar models;
- Image generation and editing;
- Prompt engineering;
- Strong editing mindset;
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar;
- Understanding of motion design and compositing;
- Experience in team management or training.
ComfyUI, LoRA, open-source models, and creating reproducible AI workflows will be a significant advantage.
