Description
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to act as a central project engine within our Marketing Acquisition department. In this role, you will bridge the gap between acquisition channels (Social, PPC, Affiliates, B2B partners) and cross-functional execution teams (Design, Content, Legal, Compliance, and Regional Leadership).
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and manage end-to-end creative and operational asset requests from acquisition teams across assigned markets.
- Liaise daily with internal teams - including Design, Copywriting, Web Development, Legal, Compliance, Country Managers, and Media Directors - to move projects from ideation to delivery.
- Ensure all campaign materials strictly comply with local regulatory standards and align with regional budgets before sign-off.
- Build and maintain content calendars, manage project backlogs, and prioritize requests using Jira and Confluence.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of brand awareness, evergreen, and performance acquisition materials.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or Acquisition, with at least 1 year within the iGaming industry (mandatory).
- 1+ years of experience in project management or campaign coordination.
- Strong, practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence for task tracking, workflows, and backlog management.
- Clear understanding of project management principles, campaign lifecycle planning, and standard operating procedures.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and highly adaptable to dynamic, high-volume environments.
