Responsibilities

- Participate in the smart pricing project for banking products
- Full cycle of model development: data collection and preparation, exploratory analysis, building uplift models, validation, and evaluation
- Planning and analysis of A/B tests, assessing business impact
- Productization: containerization, integration into microservices, monitoring prediction quality
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and data engineers
- Prepare and conduct demos with clients
- Support and adapt models to changing data and business conditions
Requirements
Requirements
- Middle Data Scientist with experience in full cycle development (uplift models as an advantage)
- Deep knowledge of mathematics and statistics
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks
- Developed critical thinking skills. Ability to formulate and test hypotheses
- Teamwork skills and effective interaction with related specialists
- Ability to present analysis results clearly and understandably, explaining complex concepts in simple terms
- Ability to connect technical solutions with business tasks, considering domain specifics
