We are an international iGaming product operating in Tier-1 markets (AU, DE, UK) looking for an Operations Manager to help build and develop operational processes.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Manage the operational activities of the product and optimize business processes;
- Coordinate the work of Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Analytics, Support, VIP, Marketing, and other teams;
- Control key processes: payments, bonus system, CRM, KYC/AML, Antifraud, VIP, and Loyalty;
- Formulate business requirements and set tasks for the development team;
- Participate in the launch of new GEOs, payment solutions, and internal tools;
- Conduct UAT, control the quality of releases, and participate in incident analysis.
Requirements
What Is Required:
- Experience as an Operations Manager in iGaming;
- Experience interacting with Product, Development, and Analytics;
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, payment infrastructure, and business processes of the product;
- English B2+.
