About this role
Join an international FinTech company as a Partnership Manager, focusing on payment partner integration and management in a rapidly growing environment.
Description
We are an international FinTech company creating payment infrastructure for digital businesses worldwide. The company is in an active growth phase, expanding its partner network and strengthening key teams.
Responsibilities
- Connecting and supporting payment partners and PSP;
- Managing a portfolio of merchant accounts;
- Monitoring transaction activity and operational metrics;
- Negotiating commercial terms of cooperation;
- Resolving issues related to settlements and operational activities;
- Developing relationships with existing partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or Partnerships;
- Experience with PSP or payment infrastructure;
- Understanding of acquiring and payment processes;
- Proficient skills in Excel and data handling;
- Fluent in Russian and English;
- Independence and responsibility for results;
- Attention to detail and operational accuracy;
- Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment;
- Fluent Russian and good conversational English.
