About this role
Join an international payment service as a Payment Account Manager to manage payment integration processes and optimize transaction costs.
Description
An international payment service that helps businesses accept and process payments worldwide simply and securely. We provide effective payment solutions tailored to modern business needs. Our team is growing and expanding, so we are looking for a Payment Account Manager (PAM).
Responsibilities
- Manage the integration process of payment solutions: task setting, coordination of internal teams, control of timelines and quality of launch
- Conduct onboarding of payment systems (PS): document collection and verification
- Oversee the launch of new payment directions and products
- Analyze the effectiveness and profitability of payment solutions
- Optimize transaction processing costs, conversion, and stability of payment flows
- Negotiate terms and rates with partners
- Monitor and control the quality of payment systems: SLA, stability, turnover, profitability
- Prepare management and analytical reporting
- Participate in forming product and payment strategy
Requirements
- Experience with payment systems (onboarding, support) for at least 1.5 years
- Knowledge of high-/mid-risk segments
- Strong communication skills: negotiations, documentation, correspondence
- Understanding of basic payment metrics (approval rate, conversion, profitability)
- English language at least B2 level
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience working with markets worldwide (excluding CIS countries)
- Higher education
Conditions & Benefits
- Hybrid work format: 2 days in the office / 3 days remote, office in Moscow (during the probation period — office format only)
- Schedule 5/2, full-time, flexible start time (from 9–11 to 18–20)
- Probation period — 3 months
- Real career growth prospects to BDM position within 12–18 months
