- 2+ years of experience in the payment industry. - Experience working on the aggregator or PSP side is a plus. - Understanding of traffic routing, cascades, and conversion funnels. - Experience with payment platform admin panels. - Ability to analyze metrics and identify problem causes. - Experience developing relationships with merchants and providers. - English language proficiency from B2.

- Remote or hybrid format. - Salary starting from $2,500. - Quarterly bonus up to 50% of salary for KPI achievement. - Coverage for industry conference expenses. - Work with markets in Azerbaijan and Turkey with further GEO expansion.
