About this role
Join Tova's creative project as a PR Manager / Internet Marketer, focusing on promoting artistic content in the Russian-speaking market. Full remote work with flexible hours.
Description
We are a creative project of interdisciplinary artist Tova (Tatiana). Directions: music (releases, clips), original poetry, painting. The artist is based in London, so all work is conducted exclusively online. Target market — Russia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the artist's brand internet PR strategy in the Russian-speaking space.
- Promote music releases, clips, and poetic texts to the top of search results (Yandex, Google).
- Work with bloggers, communities, media (publications only in top publications).
- Manage and develop presence on Telegram, VK, YouTube, Zen.
- Set up and optimize advertising campaigns (Direct, targeting).
- Formulate reports on KPIs and effectiveness metrics.
- If necessary, coordinate the work of 1-2 copywriters.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in internet PR (specifically digital, not event-based).
- Understanding of search algorithms, SEM, cost-per-click, CRM systems.
- Skill in writing commercial and image texts (or experience managing copywriters).
- Portfolio with confirmed results in social media and media.
- Willingness for systematic long-term work.
- Understanding of the specifics of promoting creative projects (artists, musicians, painters, poets) is a plus.
