Description
Sumsub is an international company in the field of AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations, identity and business verification, fraud prevention, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of relocation processes for employees, candidates, and their families in Cyprus
- Independently interact with local government authorities and submit necessary documents
- Assess case requirements, choose suitable migration routes, and monitor timelines
- Track the validity of permits, compliance risks, and changes in legislation
- Be the main contact for employees and interact with external immigration providers, contractors, and embassies
- Coordinate the work of HR Admin, Payroll, TA, Travel, and hiring managers
- Maintain migration records, case trackers, and documentation, as well as improve and automate relocation processes
Requirements
- Practical experience managing a large number of immigration and relocation cases
- Deep knowledge of Cyprus migration requirements
- Experience working with migration authorities and/or external immigration providers
- Knowledge of visas, residence permits, work permits, registrations, and family immigration
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation and official requirements
- Strong case management, organizational, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English, Greek, and Russian
