About the Role
As a Sales Director, Payments, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. You'll be part of the Fireblocks US Enterprise sales team, targeting enterprise accounts across the US and working closely with Sales Engineers and Business Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Work closely with Fireblocks BDRs, Business Solutions, and GTM Team.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
- Prospect, territory, and account planning.
- Update and maintain the Fireblocks CRM.
Requirements
- 5 years of Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into a mixture of Crypto Native/Trading companies.
- Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
- Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred.
- Experience formalizing and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred.
- Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales position.
- Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude.
- Willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities.
- Thrives in a team-selling environment.
- Track record of success and closing complex deals within the financial services or fintech sectors.
Compensation
Base salary range: $128,000 - $168,000 (for New York-based employees)
The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include a target bonus, competitive equity grant, and generous benefits.
