HumanCode is looking for a Sales Manager for an online project in soft niches like psychology and esoterics. The project has been successfully operating for over 5 years and is expanding its team.
Description
HumanCode is an international recruitment agency that helps companies worldwide find strong specialists in IT, Digital, Sales, and online projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage chats with warm clients who have already shown interest in the product
- Identify client requests, build a trusting dialogue, and close sales through messaging
- Handle objections and engage in persuasive active selling to finalize deals
- Meet planned sales targets
- Maintain a high level of service and quality communication
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service for at least 6 months
- Ability to listen to clients and connect with people
- Availability of 2 devices for work
- Understanding that high prices are just the beginning of the dialogue
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Self-organization and responsibility in remote work
- Results-oriented and desire to earn significantly
- Willingness to work according to our schedule
Conditions & Benefits
- Flexible KPI-based salary starting from 60,000 RUB / 700 USD and higher after adaptation; employees earn an average of 20,000-50,000 RUB / 500 USD per week
- Schedule 5/2, working hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM with breaks (Moscow time) - breaks can be chosen by yourself
