About this role
WSS is looking for a Sales Manager to develop international sales and manage client relationships. Join a remote team and work with various clients in the IT/digital sector.

WSS (Why SEO Serious) is an organic marketing agency. We help companies grow in search, visibility, and customer engagement. Our services include SEO, link building, content, ORM, ASO, and mobile marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales in international markets: work with direct clients and through partner channels.
- Manage deals with direct clients from the first meeting to closing.
- Independently find, attract, and develop new B2B partners, including digital agencies.
- Build long-term relationships with partners, onboard them, and develop joint sales.
- Manage your own sales funnel and partner pipeline, meet revenue targets.
- Use LinkedIn, email, and other channels to attract new partners and automate outbound processes through tools like Expandi.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales / Partnership Management in international markets in IT/digital.
- Experience in independently attracting clients and/or partners.
- Understanding of B2B sales and ability to work with both direct clients and through partner channels.
- Ability to find relevant partners and build long-term relationships with them.
- Skill in building touchpoint chains and reaching decision-makers.
- Ability to conduct needs assessment and qualification of clients/partners.
- English language — C1, a second language is a plus.
- Experience in building a partner program from scratch is a plus.
