Chrona Agency is looking for a Sales Manager / BDM to attract B2B clients in the recruitment industry. Remote position with opportunities for career growth.
Description
Chrona Agency is an international recruitment agency inviting a Sales Manager / BDM.
Responsibilities
- ️ Active search and cold contacting of companies (HR directors, owners, CEOs)
- ️ Presentation of agency services (staffing, recruitment, outsourcing)
- ️ Conducting negotiations, handling objections, closing deals
- ️ Transferring 'warm' clients to recruiters for support
- ️ Achieving personal targets for new companies and turnover
Requirements
- ️ Experience in recruitment agencies — from 1 year (mandatory!)
- ️ Experience in B2B sales of staffing services (or related HR services)
- ️ Confident negotiation and online presentation skills (Zoom, Telegram, messengers)
- ️ Understanding of the sales funnel and ability to handle objections
- ️ English — from Intermediate and above (working with international companies)
- ️ Independence, responsibility, result-oriented
