Responsibilities
- Process incoming client requests promptly.
- Communicate with cold clients in Russian and English.
- Understand client needs during calls or chats and provide necessary information for further steps.
- Conduct sales consultations based on a structured approach to sell our services.
- Fill in client information and manage it in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience in an advertising agency and knowledge of key metrics in digital marketing is a plus!
- Experience in sales.
- English B2+.
