We are looking for a Sales Retention Manager to drive B2B sales in high-risk markets like Forex, iGaming, and cryptocurrencies, ensuring successful project execution and client relationship management.
- Conduct active B2B sales without cold calling, focusing on high-risk markets such as Forex, iGaming, and cryptocurrencies, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Manage the full client journey from contract signing to technical launch, ensuring successful sales project execution.
- Have a deep understanding of payment flows and specific challenges faced by companies in Forex and iGaming.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, facilitating account growth post-launch.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and resolve issues during launch.
- Negotiate and interact with clients in English and Russian, ensuring a high level of service and support.
- Candidate location outside of Russia.
- Experience: more than 2 years in B2B sales in payments (focusing on high-risk areas: Forex, iGaming, cryptocurrencies) or complex SaaS/IT products.
- Expertise in onboarding: Proven experience managing the client journey from contract signing to technical launch (Sales project management).
- Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of payment flows and specific issues in Forex and iGaming markets.
- Partnership management: Ability to build long-term relationships and increase account volume post-launch.
- Technical collaboration: Experience working with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and troubleshoot issues during launch.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Russian.
