- Lead an experienced engineering team of 13, consisting of both Android & iOS engineers, including one backend engineer.
- Mentor, retain, and provide feedback to high-performing engineers of all skill levels.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and calculated risk-taking.
- Work closely with engineering leaders, designers, product leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as the connective tissue between mobile and the broader engineering organization.

Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering management leading mobile and/or web engineering teams.
- Ability to dive deep into technical discussions, with strong expertise in both iOS and Android development.
- Familiarity with our mobile stack: Kotlin for Android & Swift/RxSwift for iOS.
- Passionately product-minded with experience building and shipping new products.
- Excels at developing engineers and creating clear advancement paths.
